An Adom TV report in which the 2012 Vice Presidential Candidate of the Progressive People’s Party (PPP), Ms. Eva Lokko, was reported to have said she enjoys clubbing with young boys was not accurate.
The report, published on Myjoyonline Friday last week, quoted the former Director-General of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation as saying she feels young when she goes to the club with young people.
But a recording of the interview Ms. Lokko had with the channel proves her comments were misunderstood and misrepresented.
The story has consequently been pulled down.
Any harm caused Ms. Lokko by the publication is deeply regretted.
