Every story can be told. The tricky part of telling a story, however, is making a case where there is little or no evidence. But that part is always well managed by fiction to facilitate the individual thought in understanding what might have actually happened or not happen – Victor Brachie

The Black Stars failed to inspire their nation in the 2014 world cup match against the United states. Many unknowns still rattles in the minds of the many who watched and the few who listened to it on radio.

What could possibly changed if we had won that match against the United States? Probably what will have changed is getting 3points in our group stages, winning for the third time, and killing the American dream of ever beating team Ghana.

President Mahama in the State of the Nation's address praised the Black Stars not because he knew they would disappoint in their first match, but because he had faith in the boys to fight a good war the third time on the world stage against a nation considered to be the greatest in the world, although we had proven them wrong for two consecutive times.

The United States have indeed sparked public anger in a far-reaching beautiful play-out on the field the  day they played Ghana, calls for higher performance from the American society will push the team to becoming the second best in our group when they meet Portugal on Saturday, 21st of June, 2014.

The game between Ghana and Germany will spark a lot of controversies if any of the two sides win the match. If Ghana wins against Germany, Kwesi Appiah will be considered one of the greatest Black coaches to have managed a national team and his own people will bow before him as a god from a tortured era of mankind history.

But if Germany wins the match, Kwesi  Appiah will be humiliated to the maximum, insults shall fly from the north to the south and received in the East and shared with the West, besides Ghana is a country of predictable expectations, so you can imagine how the other members of the Ghana team will feel, especially the players, touching down home will not be a first choice, and we all know it.

The coach moved out of his room, confused of what words to use next not to confuse and anger the players, became a thought to wonder about for a while, he knew his recent comment on the failure for Ghana to win against USA did not go down well with the people of Ghana, especially, the Minister, besides if only he managed to get Kwesi to apologise to Ghanaians and the team.

Kwesi moved to the hall where the players were gathered, his eyes tightened within their sockets and his fingers crossed, he stared at the floor for a while and lifted his head for a moment and back to the floor, he wanted to speak, but not when he had not referred himself  back to the comments he had made earlier about the match.

I have done the wrong thing a coach can do in his entire life as a manager of this great team, we might all be very sad, but I am shocked I took such a decision against the USA, how did they not get tired after all, Kliensman might have been told about this plan, so he had brought in that black man to spice the energy level of the Lads from Yankee.

But I know this team, I know the Black Stars are the best African team in the world and we are not going to fail, we have failed, but that failure will strengthen us, not  cause misunderstanding among ourselves, this is our future, this is my future, it’s the time we rewrite the expectations of the world in our match against the Germans. I know we can score them.

So here is my starting 11 against the world's most trusted team,

Goalkeeper: Adams Kwarasey

Defenders: Samuel Inkoom, Harrison Afful, John Boye and Jonathan Mensah

Midfielders: Emmanuel Agyemang Badu, Mubarak Wakaso, Kelvin Prince Boateng, Sulley Muntari

Strikers: Asamoah Gyan, A. Waris

Kwesi decided to do with personnel as a result of the defensive crisis Ghana is undergoing, deciding to keep the Ghanaian's type 4-4-2 shape seen in earlier matched, dropping Opare for Harrison Afful with the idea of switching from his typical RB to LB in order to try and combat either Ozil or Kross or Mario Götze ....and Inkoom slotting in at RB.

Fifteen minutes into the game, the black Stars will swap style of play and pick to a conservative striker-less- 4-3-3, with three combative central midfielders, Kevin Prince and Sulley Muntari and Gyan leading the attack in a sort of false nine role for Waris.

The thinking is to slow down the pace at which the German team which has the most dangerous and powerful attackers and midfielders. By having three holding Defenders at the Ghana area as well as Wakaso and Emmanuel Agyeman Badu dropping deep to get the ball to measure up the wings of the German half, a first goal could be in German's net.

The fill-in LB ability to deal with Podolski who can easily swap with Ozil is crucial to prove Ghana's ability to prevent too much space for Ozil.

With Players such as Friedrich, Lahm, Badstuber, Mertesacker playing the defense, Khedira and Schweinsteiger holding onto the middle, Podolski and Muller will pressurise the defense of Ghana by pushing deep with the ball to make a crossing to Klose who will be playing upfront for the Germans.

Ozil will be attacking from the centre, pushing Jonathan Mensah and John Boye inside Ghana's half, but the like of the experience defending from Harrison and Inkoom, Muller and Podolski will find it difficult to praise their coach.

Ghana will have to press high up the pitch early, forcing the Germany backline into a series of consecutive errors and dominating possessions for the first couple of minutes.

As noted in the tactical review, Ghana usually favour a direct style, knocking long balls for their first strong forwards to latch on and either turn and run, or wait for support. Effective positioning by the German defensive midfielders, as well as a pressing up front for more goals.

Ghana's rock-solid defence displayed its strength during a qualifying run that saw them concede just three goals in six matches will have to unveil itself when the team takes on Germany.

However, there is a posibility that Joachim Löw could breach the brick wall of Ghana, with this in mind, John Boye, Jonathan Mensah, Inkoom, and Harrison Afful will try and stop forceful balls coming from the….
