Akim Swedru Secondary School (AKISSS) on Saturday beat Oda Secondary School (ODASCO) 4-3 on penalties to win the football trophy at the Oda Zone Second Cycle Schools Sports Festival held at Akyem Oda.
The two sides failed to any goals at the end of the full 90 minutes.
Akim State College (AKIMSCO) beat Akyem Oda Saint Francis Secondary School (FRANSTECH) 1-0 to win the third place match.
In the Girls football match, Akyem Achiase Secondary School (ACHISEC) defeated AKISSS 1-0 to lift the trophy.
In the athletics competition, Attafuah Secondary/Technical School (ASTECH) bagged 102 points to win the overall trophy.
Oda Secondary School placed second with 92 points followed by FRANSTECH with 69 points, AKIMSCO came third with 65 points, Ayirebi Secondary School, (AYISEC) bagged 57 points, Akroso Secondary School (AKROSEC) had 48 points, AKISSS 46 points, ACHISEC 45 points, Salvation Army Secondary School (SASEC) 25 points, Abirem Secondary School (ASS) 23 points and Placid Secretariat had no point.
In the Boys division, ASTECH scored 79 points to win the Cup while AKROSEC had 42 points to lift the Girls' trophy.
AYISEC boys placed first to win the volleyball trophy with ODASCO taking the girls trophy.
In the Girls table tennis game Abirem Secondary school won the trophy with the Boys trophy going to ST Francis Secondary/Technical School.GNA
