Bismark Donkor, a taxi driver in Gomoa Aseibu near Winneba Junction, has been arrested by the police for allegedly killing his nine-month old son.
Donkor is in police custody assisting in investigations.
Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) John Paul Akonde, Winneba District MTTU Commander, told the GNA that the suspect reversed his taxi cab and ran over his son who had crawled under the car.
The incident happened at a car washing bay.
ASP Akonde said, the body of the deceased has since been deposited at Trauma and Specialist Hospital, in Winneba and the taxi cab also impounded.
