The Electoral Commission is set to adopt measures to prevent double voting in the December polls.
With 45 days to go, concerns have been raised about the credibility of the elections, with possibility of electorates voting twice.
The concerns have been heightened all the more with a chaotic voters registration exercise dogged with accusations of double and minor registrations.
But the Director of Public Affairs of the EC Christian Owusu Parry said the EC is firmly in control.
He told Joy News’ Araba Koomson, his outfit intends to introduce a new indelible ink that would make it impossible for voters to vote twice.
Asked how the mode of application would be, Mr. Parry indicated no final decision had been made.
He however, dismissed the assertion that the ink that was used in the previous elections was not effective
