The Minister was said to be driving home after attending an official assignment in Accra, when the incident occurred at Amanokrom around 10pm.
He sustained minor injuries and was rushed to the Tetteh Quarshie Government Hospital at Mampong, where he was treated and discharged, early Wednesday. Three occupants in the other vehicle are however admission at the same hospital.
Details are sketchy, but reports say the Minister's four-wheel-drive Toyota Land Cruiser vehicle collided head-on with another four-wheel-drive vehicle from the opposite direction.
