Nobody likes breakups. Some are worse than others but for the most part they all have something in common: they suck. Here are ten tips to get over your ex and make the breakup significantly easier.
10. Be spontaneous
Try new things that can distract you from any memories you may have of your ex.

Although they may not be your favourite people in the world, they are your family and can give you advice.

Don’t dwell on what you did wrong in the relationship. Get up, and go do something new.
7. Avoid alcohol and other stimulants
Stimulants are a short-term solution to a long-term problem that only makes things worse in the end.
6. Cut off contact completely
Do not speak to your ex or even your ex’s friends. Delete them on social media as well so you aren’t constantly seeing what they are up to.
5. Go have fun
Hang out with friends, go to a concert, play video games. Whatever it may be go out and try have some fun.
4. Stop sleeping with them
This is just a ticking time bomb. Avoid sleeping with them at all cost.
3. Get rid of everything that reminds you of them
Photos, gifts, cloths, pillows. Get rid of everything and anything that reminds you of them.

Now that you are single, go and do whatever you want

Staying busy is the best way to keep your mind of them and try to have some fun.
