Media outfits who are interested in covering Hearts of Oak – Asante Kotoko Super 2 second leg clash at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday October 28, 2014, are kindly informed that the media accreditation process has commenced.
Interested media institutions are to send introductory letters duly signed by their Programmes Managers or General Managers introducing the person(s) to be accredited to cover the match to the following email addresses, sure20072@yahoo.com, accraheartsofoak1911@gmail.com, isaacmensah76@gmail.com.
The letter should be on the institution’s letterhead and must contain a scanned photocopy of the media identity card(s) of the person(s) to be accredited.
Given the number of applications envisaged, radio stations in Accra will be allocated two (2) accreditation tags each, while those outside Accra get one (1) each.
TV reporters will be allotted three (3) tags, newspaper reporter’s two (2) tags each, while website reporters and bloggers will be allotted one (1) tag each.
The deadline for submission of applications is strictly Saturday 5pm. Media personnel can pick up their accreditation tags at the CASTLE ANNEX GATE behind the Ministry of Education on Sunday. The CASTLE ANNEX GATE will also serve as the entry point for all media men.
