Ghana coach Maxwell Konadu makes two changes from the previous starting line up as the Black Stars go head-to-head with Guinea on Wednesday in Tamale.
Solomon Asante makes his first start for the Black Stars this year as he comes in for Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu for the Group E match at 16:00GMT in the qualifying for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.
Also starting is Rabiu Mohammed, who was an unused substitute in the reverse game in Casablanca, Morocco last Saturday.
