Sources within the Ghana Football Association (GFA) have revealed that Spanish coach Juan Ignacio Jimenez was impressive with his total presentation and had feasible plans for the senior national team during his interview for the vacant Black Stars job.
It's reported the Spaniard came tops with former Switzerland assistant coach Michel Pont coming close followed by former Chelsea coach Avram Grant in that order.
But the former Chelsea boss was reported to demand a whopping amount of $150,000 as salary per month and moreover questions have been raised on his possession of an Israeli passport which could prevent him from travelling to Arab speaking countries such as Morocco and Egypt.
Meanwhile, Jimenez during the interview promised the panel to bring the best video analyst in Spain who aided the Spanish team to win the World Cup in 2010 and promised to hold courses for junior national team coaches in the country with a $ 50,000 salary per month.
Again the interview panel has forwarded a report to the Executive Committee for a decision to be taken on who deserves to handle the Black Stars.
