The Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II has urged President Mills to be courageous and bold in leading the country.Otumfuo's counsel was at a meeting with the President at the Castle, Osu, on Monday morning.The Asantehene who was paying a courtesy call on President Mills, congratulated him on his election victory and assumption of office as president.He reminded the president of the expectations of the ordinary Ghanaian, including peace, security and national development and urged him to endeavour to fulfill his campaign promises to the electorate.Otumfuo Osei Tutu officially informed the government of a programme for the celebration of his 10th anniversary since ascending the Golden Stool as Asante King, and invited the President to a durbar in Kumasi at the end of April.President Mills was thankful for Otumfuo's visit, and assured him that he is working diligently to meet the expectations of Ghanaians and promised he would ensure security for all.Otumfuo is also scheduled to pay courtesy calls on ex-President Jerry Rawlings and J.A. Kufuor before returning to Kumasi.
