Senior Journalist and host of Joy FM’s Current Affairs Programme, Front Page, Kwaku Sakyi-Addo has paid tribute to late Jazz musician, Ghanaba.Born Gary Warren Acquaye, Ghanaba was an internationally reputed Jazz musician and composer.He was a talented man of many parts, working as a teacher, soldier, disc jockey, journalist and eventually a musician.Kwaku Sakyi-Addo interviewed him for the BBC’s Artbeat Programme in 1998.[Listen to the interview the celebrated nationalist, Ghanaba, who died last December and was cremated last Saturday, granted Kwaku.]
