Former Ghana Premier League goal king, Eric Kwabena Bekoe is blaming lack of managers to guide his career for his failure to reach higher footballing heights.
He told LUV FM he could have achieved more in his career had it not been those managerial deficits.
“It's all about the managerial aspect. I think I did not get the right managerial structure that could help me. I didn’t get the right management to manage affairs for me," he said.
Considered one of the talented players to ever grace the local league, Bekoe could not achieve much apart for playing for two time continental club champions Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Egyptian side, Petrojet FC.
He expects upcoming players learn from his mistakes and not repeat them.
"Everything I think I did that did not make me reach those heights I will punch it out to them [upcoming players] and at least those with good ears will listen and take a cue from it."
Eric Bekoe is currently without a club is contemplating hanging his boots.
