The voters’ registration exercise by the Electoral Commission saw registrants trooping into the Odododiodoo Constituency as early as 4 am.

Photojournalist Samuel Moore who visited the Constituency said apart from the delay which eventually saw the EC officials start work at 11 am.

According to the EC officials, there was a last minute change of venues which caused the delay but said subsequently, there won't be any delays.

Chief among the things he observed was a disregard for Covid-19 protocols like registrants wearing a face mask and ensuring social distance amongst them.

None compliance of social distancing was witnessed at almost all the centres visited as a result of people not willing to create any distance between them and others.
