Some slum dwellers at Shiashie in Accra were rendered homeless last night as fire gutted more than 60 makeshift structures.
JoyNews' Joseph Ackah-Blay who was at the scene reported that the distraught residents took shelter at a nearby church.
According to some of the affected residents, a lot of the structures got burnt because they were too close to each other so the fire kept spreading.
