The Fomena District Electoral Office in the Ashanti Region has been gutted by fire.
Although the cause of the incident is unknown, it is reported to have occurred on Tuesday dawn.
However, available information, indicates that the Electoral Commission (EC) officials are still at the collation centre not too far from the district office working on the parliamentary and presidential elections.
