Rapper YFN Lucci has turned himself into the Police Department in connection with a shooting in Atlanta last month.
Born Rayshawn Bennett, the “Everyday We Lit” artist, is tied to a murder after two men were shot on Dec. 10 in Georgia.
On Jan. 12, homicide investigators made a public plea to help locate the rapper who was wanted for felony murder, aggravated assault, participation in criminal street gang activity, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, CNN reports.
On Dec. 10, a 911 call led officers to find Adams mortally wounded in the middle of the street.
He was rushed to Grady Hospital, where he later died. According to APD, a second victim, Kevin Wright, 32, who was shot in his abdomen, survived his injuries after being taken to a local fire station by a private vehicle.
Three suspects were named in the investigation, including YFN Lucci.
The other two suspects have been identified as Ra’von Boyd, 23, and Leroy Pitts, 17; both were caught, the police reports.
