Recently, government and the Ghana Health Service have been reiterating calls for the general public to adhere to the Covid-19 protocols particularly mask-wearing.
The Ghana Police Service has subsequently, announced that as part of measures to curb the spread of Covid-19, it will commence a random stop and search operation on mask-wearing by passengers in private and commercial vehicles.
On today's edition of JoyNews' The Law, Samson Anyenini will host MTTD Commander for Kaneshie Division, Supt Elvis Bawa Sadongo; State Attorney in the Volta Region, Andrews Adugu and private legal practitioner, Roselyne Kaledzi to discuss how this new law will be applicable.
