The Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) has alerted the public against contaminated pet foods that have made their way into the stalls.
The products cited by the Authority include Pro Pac Originals, Sportmix, Splash Pet food, Sportstrail Pet food and Nunn Better Dry Dog and Cat Foods.
This was contained in a press statement that was released on February 18, and signed by the Chief Executive Officer of FDA, Delese A. A. Darko.
The FDA said it is on a high alert in its market surveillance to ensure that the rest of the contaminated products are removed from the market.
