In an effort to drive the digital revolution in the publishing space in Ghana, five young Ghanaians have created an app to allow self-published authors and publishing houses to electronically publish their books.
ReaderApp, a Ghanaian online publishing platform is pushing the frontiers in local publishing in especially in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic that has necessitated stay-at-home policies and bans on public gatherings.
The platform allows publishing houses and self-publishing authors to publish their books for free and earn royalties from hosting their materials on the platform.
The royalties can also be withdrawn to the author's Mobile Money account thereby providing a convenient way of making money.

With the exponential increase in technology, ReaderApp merges the world of digital publishing, digital book reading and a convenient way to read the books you bought all on the app.
Books on the platform can be bought via Mobile Money, Visa and MasterCard. ReaderApp provides an innovative way to also manage the books bought on the app and readily available on the app anywhere and at any time.
As an app-based book technology, books published on the app are safe and cannot be downloaded without authorisation.
ReaderApp can be downloaded on the Google Playstore and also on the App store.
