Tonight, PM Express Business Edition took a critical look at Ghana's food security.
Recently, the prices of foodstuffs have skyrocketed and the country is battling with bird flu that has led to a decline in the consumption of poultry products.
Also, the government has halted the importation of tomatoes from Morroco due to the Tomato Torado virus (ToTV).
Host, George Wiafe interacted with the Deputy Minister for Food and Agriculture, Yaw Frimpong Addo to find out what is being done by the government to deal with all the threats to food security in the country.
The show also looked at how the sector will contribute to the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
