It was all Joy and excitement in the studios of Joy FM on Tuesday when hosts of the Super Morning Show joined the '2020 CIMG Marketing Woman of the Year' to dance in honour of her award.
Dr Mrs Edith Dankwa was the guest on the Show to speak about her award and journey so far when Winston Amoah, one of the hosts, announced a surprise for her.
Dr Dankwa, upon hearing the tune of 'Nea wode me abeduru ni, (to wit, 'how far you [the Lord] have brought me'), which is her favourite gospel song, couldn't help but jump to her feet to dance to the tune.
She was joined by the hosts who also danced joyously to the tune.
Dr Mrs Edith Dankwa was adjudged the Marketing Woman of the Year by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) at the just-ended Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) National Marketing Performance Awards.
The Business and Financial Times Group Chairperson was given the award following her hard work and exploits in the business industry.
The citation in her honour acknowledged her competence and leadership skills that have brought great transformation in the media fraternity and further contributed to the country's development.
