World title hopeful, Joshua Wahab will defend his WBO Africa Junior Lightweight title against Tanzania's Jackson Malingyingi on Saturday, December 25.
The big bout comes off at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel on Christmas Day.
Wahab, who has been preparing for this bout for weeks, says he is cautiously optimistic.
"I'm ready for the bout. I've prepared very well. Jackson is a good boxer but I'm confident I will retain my title,” Wahab told Joy Sports.
