Black Sherif’s new hit song ‘Kwaku The Traveller’ has made its debut on one the US Billboard Chart.
On Tuesday, April 19, 'Kweku The Traveller' held the 12th spot on the Billboard Top Triller Global Chart.
It follows R&B artiste Ashanti’s ‘Baby’ and Mr Eazi and Burna Boy’s ‘Miss You Bad’, Pheelz and Buju’s ‘Finesse’.
Top Triller Global charts highlight the biggest songs on Triller based on a formula blending the number of views of videos containing a respective song, the level of engagement with those videos and the raw total of videos uploaded featuring each song, according to Triller.

This is not the first time the song is making waves beyond Ghana’s borders.
‘Kwaku the Traveller’ started trending on streaming and social media platforms ever since its release on Wednesday, March 30.
It became the first Ghanaian song to rise to number one on the Top 100 Apple Music Chart in Nigeria. It was also number one in Ghana and Gambia. It also debuted on Apple Music’s Global Top 100 at number 73.
On AudioMack, Black Sherif was among the most streamed Hip-Hop artists. He was ahead of Kodak Black, Lil Durk and JUICEWRLD.
According to Shazam, 'Kweku The Traveller' became the most searched for song in the week of April 9.
Currently, it is number two on YouTube’s trending music list and the audio has garnered about 4.2 million views on the platform two weeks after its release.
