Music producer, Joseph Appiah, popularly known as Quick Action has disclosed that he spent over a year recording Samini’s ‘Odo’ track.
Speaking in an interview with Andy Dosty on The Library, the music producer revealed that a lot of work was needed on the song to make it one of the best.
"I spent a lot of time on Samini's album, especially the ‘Odo’ track on that album. We spent over one year producing that particular track. A whole lot of things went into that production as in getting it as best as possible," he said.
Samini dropped "Odo" somewhere in 2006 and it looks like the efforts of Quick Action on that song never proved futile as the song won Samini a MOBO Award in that same year.
Having worked with artistes like Buk Bak, Okomfour Kwaadee, Samini and many others to be revealed later on the show, Quick Action’s stellar contribution to the music industry is evident.
Part one of his session of The Library show last week Friday saw the revelation of songs produced for various artistes.
Part two of his session, which is due to come off this Friday on Hitz 103.9 FM with Andy Dosty at 10:00am promises to be exciting, as more revelations will be made during the show.
