A young boy has been killed by unknown assailants in Fetteh Kakraba in the Central Region.
The six-year-old was dumped behind Fetteh Kakraba Sapoto in the Gomoa East District.
This brings to a total of five, the number of people killed in an unexplained manner in the area within a month.
A few days ago, a 58-year-old woman with a hearing disability was killed and some of her private parts removed.
Assembly member for Buduburam-Fetteh Kakraba Electoral Area, Lott Arthur is concerned about the recent happenings.
He believes that five incidents within a matter of 4 weeks are very scary.
According to Mr. Arthur, his outfit and the traditional leaders are helpless.
This helplessness stems partly from the fact that the Buduburam District Police, he says, lacks vehicles to effectively patrol the district.
Lott Arthur, therefore, called on the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) to come to their aid before matters degenerate.
