Ghana forward, Joel Fameyeh, scored a brace against Dinamo Makhachkala, securing qualification for Rubin Kazan in the Russia Premier League for the 2023/24 season.
The win puts them four points clear at the top of the 2022/23 Football National League with 68 points, with just one game remaining in the season.
Rubin Kazan have been crowned champions of the Russia second-tier league after Saturday's victory.
Baltika are in second place with 64 points from 33 matches and have also earned promotion to the Russian league.
The 26-year-old Fameyeh has played a vital role in Rubin Kazan's return to the top flight of Russian football in their first attempt after their relegation last season.
The Black Stars attacker scored 11 goals in 30 appearances in his debut season with the two-time Russian champions.
In the game, Fameyeh opened the scoring with a header from the middle of the box just before the end of the first half.
Eight minutes into the second half, he tapped in a goal from the far post to secure the victory and start the title celebrations.
Joel Fameyeh signed for Rubin Kazan at the beginning of the season from the Russia Premier League club Orenburg.
