The Ecobank-Joynews Habitat Fair Clinic held at the Achimota Mall Retail Centre entered its 2nd day Saturday with patrons negotiating housing and construction deals with discounted rates.
The Pan African Financial Institution, Ecobank is here to provide financial solutions to prospective housing project owners.
The event, which seeks to create extensive awareness about the main Habitat Fair which comes off from September 20 to 24th 2023 at the Accra International Conference Centre, is under the theme: ‘Affordability, Comfort Or Luxury.’
Expected to attract hundreds of patrons, the event is the first of the two clinics put together as a prelude to the main exhibition aimed at creating a common platform for players in the real estate industry and prospective house owners to network and also to explore new business opportunities.
The next clinic will take place at the West Hills Shopping Mall off Accra-Kasoa road from 4th to 6th of August 2023.
On display at the clinic are a wide range of real estate products by GHS Housing, Planned Cities and Habitat, Elegant Homes and General Construction Limited, Sintex Ghana, Superlock Technologies, Green Opal Properties and Interplast Limited Zenith City.
