As part of activities to mark its pending graduation, the pre-school department of the Dansoman-based Ave Maria School Complex in Accra embarked on an excursion to Papaye Recreational Centre at Aburi in the Akuapem South Municipality of the Eastern Region.
The educational trip was to enable the children to develop their interpersonal skills, boost their confidence and further improve pupil-teacher relationship.

The Headmistress of the school, Edith Aboagye, said the trip offered the children the unique opportunity to experience the natural environment at the Papaye Recreational Village.
She said the trip was very adventurous, adding that it will help the children in diverse ways.
