Businessman and Chief Executive Officer of Agazy Homes, Thomas Ayisah, has won the Ultimate First Among Equals Award for his outstanding contributions in establishing businesses and creating employment at the just-ended 7th edition of the Forty Under 40 Awards.
On the same night of September 2, 2023, he beat competition to emerge the Best Real Estate Developer of the Year at the De Icon Events Centre at East Legon, Accra where the awards took place.
The prestigious awards were in recognition of his tremendous commitment and dedication in building the real estate industry and also for being a respected company advocating for best business practices in the sector.
Speaking to the media after receiving the awards, the CEO of Agazy Homes, Thomas Ayisah said, this achievement is a reflection of his commitment to delivering the highest standards, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in all his business endeavours.

He added that, the company has never ceased grabbing opportunities to evolve in order to remain relevant.
Ayisah Thomas popularly known as "Agazy" is a visionary with pace-setting solutions in the real estate business in Ghana. As an entrepreneur, he has personally constructed one of the most sophisticated developments at the Virgin City, Tema Community 26, known as "La Premiere Community."
His estate has over 120 furnished three and four bedroom self-compound houses.
He has also started the construction of five-bedroom luxury homes at Airport West, Dzorwulu, as an industry leader breaking barriers in his sector.
Under his able leadership and with his strategic marketing team, Thomas Ayisah has been been able to sell over 50 percent of his real estate houses within few months of completion, mostly to Ghanaians abroad who have high taste for quality finishes.
He has also completed a first-class road that leads to the community where his estate is located.
Agazy, together with his wife owns the popular "Greens Lounge Bar" at Tema Community 9, which is a great entertainment hub for residents within and outside Tema.
Recently, he donated medical equipment and paid hospital bills for some patients at the Kpone-Katamanso Hospital.
He also contributed towards the renovation works of the Regimental Aid Post (RAP) at the Battle Training Camp (BTC) in Bundase, to befit the status attained by the Army Peace Operations Training School ( APOTS) as a certified United Nations Training Centre.
