Black Queens winger Doris Boaduwaa continued her impressive start to life with Spartak Subotica as she sealed the team's qualification to the next round of qualifiers for the UEFA Women's Champions League.
The 20-year-old scored two goals on Saturday afternoon as the Serbian side came from a goal down to beat Finnish side KuPS 2-1 to book a slot in the next stage.
Playing away from home, KuPS took the lead in the third minute of the game, capitalising on a defensive error from the home side.
However, Spartak responded pretty well with Boadwuaa scoring eight minutes later to level the score.
The home side dominated the game for the majority of the remaining half but were unable to find the net again as they went into the break with a goal each.
After the recess, the Ghanaian completed the comeback for Spartak with a fine finish in the 63rd minute of the game.
The win over KuPS means Spartak will advance into the next round of qualifiers with the hope of securing a place in the group stage for this year's women's Champions League.
For Boaduwaa, this is her third goal in two games for the club since joining from Hasaacas Ladies during the summer on a one-year deal.
