Leading playwright and life coach, Uncle Ebo Whyte will take a break from the National Theatre for one quarter as he takes his play ‘FOR GIRLS – THE SPELL’ to the Burma Hall at the Burma Camp.
The latest play tells the story of two friends, and a love interest.
It is usually said that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, but what is the way to a pretty girl’s heart?
A beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers?
Prayers and prophecies?
Or a love spell? Yes, For Girls!
Esther and Ivy find themselves in a very interesting situation on campus which calls on them to rethink everything as they know it: their thoughts, their desires and their spiritual life.
‘For Girls- The Spell’ demonstrates the power of the mind and the harmful effects of prejudice.
The play comes on at Burma Hall at Burma Camp, Accra on 2nd, 3rd 8th, 9th and 10th December as follows:
- Fridays at 7pm (one show only);
- Saturdays at 4 and 8pm (two shows only); and
- Sundays at 1pm, 4pm and 8pm (three shows).
