Initially sceptical about the long journey from Accra to The Royal Cosy Hills Hotel & Safari Resort in Jirapa, I couldn't fathom what awaited us. Doubt lingered as we embarked on this venture, questioning the rationale behind such a distant trip. Little did I know, it would be one of the most captivating experiences I've had in a long while.

Welcomed with open arms, The Royal Cosy Hills embraced us in the unique warmth of Upper West hospitality blended seamlessly with cosmopolitan flair. The exploration unfolded the region's rich heritage, history, and cuisine, painting a vibrant tapestry of culture. Surrounded by natural beauty and tranquillity, I found myself feeling refreshed and enriched.

The revelation came with the discovery of the hotel's beautiful rooms and suites, providing outstanding comfort and designed to the highest specifications. From Standard to Deluxe and Executive Apartments, each option exceeded expectations.
The state-of-the-art conference facilities further amazed us, with a large hall accommodating up to 350 guests and a smaller one for cosier gatherings. The well-furnished, modern spaces equipped with advanced technology assured the success of our corporate endeavours.

Meals were a delight in the air-conditioned restaurant, where soft music and attentive waiters added to the ambience. Dining became an experience, thanks to the unique location and diverse cuisine offerings.
For fitness enthusiasts, the on-site gymnasium and tennis court with floodlights offered round-the-clock access to exercise and recreation. The sparkling blue outdoor pool, accompanied by a kiddies' splash pool, provided a perfect family retreat.

The Poolside facilities, including a sports bar, cocktail bar, and lounge bar, added to the recreational options. A refreshing dip in the pool, coupled with games and drinks, created an enjoyable atmosphere.

We sought peace and tranquillity in the luxury spa and beauty parlour, where troubles melted away—evening transformed into party time, with the Night Club offering vibrant beats, cocktails, karaoke, and even doubling as a cinema.

The highlight, however, was the unique wildlife safari. From quad bike tours to game drives and moments by the man-made lake, every activity brought us closer to nature. Lions, zebras, hippos, antelopes, tortoises, and a baboon with a peculiar fondness for women – the wildlife safari was a thrilling adventure.

Quad bike safaris added an adrenaline rush, complemented by safety measures and guided tours. State-of-the-art game drive vehicles allowed for a closer look at the pristine beauty of the Safari Ranch.

In the end, my initial scepticism transformed into awe. The Royal Cosy Hills Hotel & Safari Resort had not only proven me wrong but had become a haven of unforgettable experiences, blending luxury, adventure, and nature in a way unlike anywhere else in Ghana.
