It was an exciting moment on December 31, 2023, when Bervelyn Serwaa Dwomoh and Angel Michael Badu Ababo emerged as winners of the 10th edition of Face of High School and Face of Teens Ghana.
The pageants are designed for Senior High School Students to make a difference, champion a positive course, unearth their skills and talent, and become a role model to their generation.
It was full of joy, ecstasy, and fond moments at the just-ended high school's most prestigious event Face of High School Ghana.
Miss Bervelyn Serwaa Dwomoh of Oti Boateng Senior High School was crowned the New Face of High School Ghana 2023 after months of preparations and a week of camping.
She beat 20 other outstanding delegates to attain the enviable title of Face of High School Ghana.
Master Angel Michael Badu Adabo of Mfantsipim School took home the male title of Face of High School Ghana 2023 in the boys category.
The annual Face of High School Ghana event allows students to learn leadership skills and be motivated to lead wherever they find themselves.
The event offers them the opportunity to showcase their talents, and skills and discover their hidden potentials.
Also, it allows them to learn to lead, identify their future careers, develop sustainable projects, and become future-ready.
Over the last 10 years, the Face of High School and Face of Teens brands have engaged directly with over 1,000 students and our leadership forums have reached over 15,000 students to make them world, future, and work-ready.
This year, the camp provided opportunities for all contestants to learn about the levels and skills of leadership and put them into action.
They learnt about how to come up with a sustainable project, raise funds for an impactful project, and use social media positively to advocate for issues of national and youth concern.
The pageant day started with the introduction round in their various school identity and a future professional career round as well as a fashion show and an evening message round in their beautiful gowns and official attires.
At the end of the event, Mariam Vidogo of Anum Presec and Emile Mark Bart-Plange of Manya Krobo SHS walked away as the Face of Teens Ghana 2023.
Other awardees included Miss Jenifer Seyram Klavour of OMESS emerged as the Miss Teens Globe.
Miss Ernestina Fosu of Odorgornno emerging as Miss Teen International, Anastasia Pokua Sarkodie of Oda SHS, Gloria Amponsah of Oti Boateng SHS, Regina Efua Achiamaa Takyi of Preset Pacesetters and Pamela Amponsah of Suhum Presec as the Ghana Young Top Model among others.
The top 10 contestants will be embarking on projects they have initiated with the support of their families, friends, and Organisations to impact the world positively with their beauty and crowns.
Alpha Promotions and Simdos Entertainment continue to support many young people through life skills entertainment projects and programs.
In attendance were parents and students. It was also widely watched by so many high school students, fans, friends, and family members all over the world as we transmitted live on TV.
