Ghanaian voice-over artist and broadcaster, Natalia Andoh, has launched a foundation that addresses mental health needs of individuals.
The Natalia Andoh Foundation was launched on Sunday, February 11, 2024 at the Base Lounge in Cantonment in Accra.
According to Natalia, her foundation passionately champions the belief that prioritising mental health is fundamental to crafting a good life.
"Our main agenda revolves around the understanding that seeking help, even for the minutest mental health challenges like stress, is pivotal for fostering a resilient and fulfilling existence," he said.
She said in their commitment to mental well-being, they also strive to provide individuals with a safe haven for expression, offering professional assistance, guidance, and strategies to navigate stressors effectively.
"Our foundation emphasizes that mental health is not isolated; it intricately weaves into the fabric of our physical health, relationships, and overall life satisfaction. By proactively seeking help, individuals can build self-awareness, adopt healthier coping mechanisms, and fortify emotional resilience—a profound investment in their own happiness and success," she further noted.
In a world where physical health often takes precedence, the Natalia Andoh Foundation stands as a beacon, advocating for the equal importance of mental well-being.
"We believe that seeking help is not a sign of weakness but a bold affirmation of one's dedication to personal growth, laying the groundwork for a life rich in happiness and fulfillment. Together, let's embark on a journey towards mental wellness, embracing the transformative power of prioritizing our mental health," she said.
