The beach volleyball competition of the 13th African Games enters the quarter final stage today.
Ghana's men's team will face Morocco at 10 AM at the Laboma Beach.Ghana have so far won all four matches in the competition.
Wins against Togo (2-1), Senegal (2-0), and Benin (2-0) ensured a smooth path to the round of twelve in the competition.
A 2-1 win over Algeria on Tuesday secured Ghana's ticket to the quarter final stage.
Kenya, Africa's number one ranked team, also 21st in the world, will play South Africa in the first quarter final match on Wednesday at 9 AM.
Senegal and Sierra Leone will face off in the other quarter final tie scheduled for 9AM.
Mozambique play Botswana.
At 11 AM, Ghana will face Mozambique in the women's quarter final.
Although Ghana have missed the services of Rashaka Katadat, one half of the pair that qualified Ghana for the Commonwealth Games, the team has looked quite competitive.
Her partner from 2022, Corporal Juliana Aryee, has teamed up with Lance Corporal Charity Torku.
Congo will face Algeria in Court Two, while Ghana's match takes place in Court One.
In the other quarter final fixtures, Morocco will face Rwanda, while Kenya face Egypt.
