Ghana international Abdul Baba Rahman ended the 2023/24 season as a league champion following PAOK's win on Sunday evening.
The left-back played all 90 minutes available in the last league game against Aris on the road as they claimed a 1-2 win.
PAOK came into the feature needing all three points having jumped at the top of the standings last weekend.
Brandon Thomas opened the scoring for PAOK after half an hour gone before Loren Moron scored the equaliser two minutes after recess.
However, the away side's lead was restored in the 62nd minute with Thomas teeing up Taison to score the winner and clinch the league title for PAOK.

Baba Rahman featured in 28 games for the club this season after joining as a free agent following his release from Chelsea.
He scored six goals while also providing three assists.
