The foundation is dedicated to serving the people of Ablekuma West and beyond through community development, youth and women empowerment.

It will help beneficiaries to acquire practical skills and knowledge that will ensure success in various sectors of the economy.
The launch was witnessed by key personalities in the telecommunication sector, business men and politicians including the Minister of Roads and Highways, Mr Francis Asenso Boakye, NPP National Women’s Organiser, Madam Kate Gyamfua, and the Director General of the National Communications Authority, (NCA) Mr Joe Anokye.
Others are the CEO of Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communications ( GIFEC), Madam Eva Andoh-Poku, CEO of KAB-FM Ghana Limited, Charles Kweku Antwi Boahene, CEO of Ascend Digital Solution, Harkirat Singh and the NPP Ablekuma West Constituency executives .

Speaking at the launch, Madam Ursula Owusu Ekuful said the foundation will help beneficiaries to develop the right skills and resilience; adding that leadership is not about personal accomplishment but uplifting others.
She stressed that with the Foundation in place, it will be possible to help build the human capital and resources needed by the Constituency to propel growth.

"I know that by putting our resources together, we will achieve lasting change which will provide individuals with the necessary resources, to build a prosperous future for themselves and their families".
She highlighted that her foundation is a non-political organisation.

“Throughout my tenure in public service and throughout my life, I have understood that without consistency and discipline, we can't achieve the desired growth,” said Ursula Owusu Ekuful.

According to her, being a Member of Parliament has placed her in a position to address numerous challenges facing her constituents in the area of education, health, sanitation, infrastructure development and security.
She therefore called on corporate bodies, religious organizations, philanthropists and international NGOs to come and support the foundation so it can train the youth in the constituency.
