The Asokore Mampong District Court which is hearing the case involving Actor Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lil Win, has adjourned the case to 29th July 2024, awaiting advice from the Attorney-General.
When the case was called on Thursday, June 27, the prosecutor, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Emelia Owusu Ansah, told the court they had sent the docket to the AG’s department for study and advice.

Actor Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lil Win, was put before the court facing charges of dangerous driving and negligently causing harm following his arrest on Monday, June 3, 2024.
The arrest and subsequent prosecution are connected to an accident involving a vehicle he was driving, which tragically resulted in the death of a three-year-old boy.
He was granted a GH¢50,000 bail with two sureties by the Asokore Mampong District Court.

When he reappeared before the court, Presiding Judge Samuel Buabin Quansah adjourned the trial, as the prosecution awaits advice from the AG's Department.
