Ghanaian pastor and the President of the Abena Tay Ministries, Rev. Dr. Abena Tay, has been crowned Ghana's ‘Most Outstanding Female in Philanthropy’ at the just-ended 10th Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards 2024 held at the luxurious Accra Marriot in Accra.
The award is a testament to her stunning leadership qualities and exceptional commitment to providing The Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards organised by The Business Executive Magazine Limited seeks to publicly recognize women in Ghana who have chalked accomplishments in various fields of endeavours in both the public and private sectors.
The recognition automatically makes her a “SHE ACHIEVER” in the female network platform in Ghana.
The initiative is an executive association which embodies top female CEOs and past Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards winners and creates a platform for members to network, share knowledge and offer support to each other.
Speaking to the media after the all-important honour, Rev. Abena Tay expressed her profound gratitude to God for using her as a vessel to help several needy people in society.
According to her, this reflects her commitment to winning souls for Christ through charity.
"I thank the Almighty God for his guidance and protection over the years and the privilege to be honoured. This will go a long way to help motivate my team and me to do more. I am grateful to all the partners who have supported me in all our endeavours", she said.
Rev. Abena Tay took the opportunity to call for peace during this 7th December general elections.

H.E Amb. Rev. Dr. Abena Tay, CDSE is the President of the Abena Tay Ministries. She is a product of St. Roses Secondary School, Woolwich College in the UK, the University of Ghana, Legon, and the International Theological Seminary.

She is a UN Ambassador for Peace, also with an Ambassador for Peace Award from the Universal Peace Federation.
She is a woman who exudes grace, compassion, and true beauty. Aside from her roles as the Head Pastor and founder of Abena Tay Ministries, she’s also an entrepreneur, a teacher, a philanthropist, and wears many other hats.

She’s the founder and President of Abena Tay Ministries, a group of faith-based initiatives aimed at bringing developmental change through leadership training, empowerment, social reformation, and excellence to the lives of various classes and categories of men, women, the youth and children through the service of Christ and mentorship.
The Abena Tay Foundation (ATF), formerly known as the CIN Foundation, is a non-profit organisation established in 2019.
The foundation was created to provide hope and support to those in need. Driven by a profound sense of philanthropy, she is dedicated to instilling hope, offering assistance, and bringing about positive change in the lives of widows, orphans, single mothers, women, and street children.

ATF actively promotes a community of hope, where individuals uplift and empower one another.
Her philanthropic endeavours have roots that date back to 1994. Throughout her journey, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to making a difference in the lives of the less fortunate.
H.E Amb. Rev. Dr. Abena Tay is a highly sought-after speaker and frequently ministers on platforms of leading ministries in Ghana and overseas. Her dynamic and insightful teachings, preaching and apostolic ministry have taken her to several countries in Africa, Europe, and the United States of America.
She was a speaker at the World Peace Summit, South Africa 2020 which hosted some high-profile dignitaries including The Queen of Sheba, Deputy President of World Peace Committee.
Also, as a cultural ambassador with AIDO, she brought into her home country Ghana cultural leaders from all over the world to the 3rd Annual AIDO convention which was held at one of Ghana’s prestigious hotels.
