Ghanaian defender Maxwell Woledzi helped Fredrikstad to Norwegian Cup victory on Saturday as they defeated Molde in the final.
The centre-back, who has been key for the club since joining them, played all minutes available in the final as his side claimed victory in the penalty shootout.
Fredrikstad beat Drobak Frogn, Eik-T, Rosenborg, Raufoss, KFUM Oslo and Valerenga en route to reaching the final of the cup competition.
In what looked a keenly contested game, it was Molde who threatened on several occasions but the Fredikstad defence were able to fend off any danger.
While they may have looked like second favourites in the contest, Fredrikstad converted all five of their penalties while Molde missed their first in the shootout handing the former the title.
Fredriktsad were promoted to the Norwegian top flight and finished sixth at the end of the campaign.
