MiNaK Foundation, a dedicated Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), is set to embark on a community-focused care and support initiative this December.
Under the theme "Love for Kwaprow Community," the event, scheduled for December 14, 2024, promises to bring much-needed support and relief to various segments of the Kwaprow community in the central region of Ghana.
The initiative is led by Ms. Doreen Ackom, the dynamic founder of MiNaK Foundation. Her passion for improving the lives of marginalized groups and fostering community spirit has been the driving force behind the foundation’s efforts. With her guidance, MiNaK Foundation has undertaken several charitable projects to impact and place smiles on the faces of the needy and less privileged, and this upcoming community care exercise is no exception.
This year’s outreach will focus on two critical groups: widows and teenage girls. Care packages will be distributed to widows, offering them necessities and a reminder that they are not alone in their struggles.
Additionally, teenage girls will receive self-care hygiene supplies, addressing a vital need in the community and promoting health and well-being for the younger generation.
Beyond these, many more items, services, health training and insightful education will be provided as part of the foundation's ongoing commitment to comprehensive community development.
For more information on how to contribute to the “Love for Kwaprow Community” event, visit MiNaK Foundation’s website https://www.minakfoundation.com or follow their social media pages for updates.
