The Founder and Chairman of the Class Media Group (CMG), Alhaji Seidu Agongo, has challenged the staff of the company to give their best in 2025 to help grow their careers and also lift the brand higher.
At an end-of-year dinner and staff appreciation gathering at the Kempinski Gold Coast City Hotel in Accra on Monday, Mr Agongo commended the staff for their commitment and hard work over the years, noting that it helped to sustain and grow the company in the midst of challenges.

The business mogul and philanthropist said more hard work and diligence were needed in 2025 and beyond to advance the personal brands of the staff and the company at large.
He also assured the staff of the board and management’s support to help them realise their full potential and position the CMG brand at the top.
“I have always said that we have so much potential but we don’t look at it,” he said, urging staff to be passionate about their work.

“It is my wish and my will that we all become the best in this universe but it all depends on us. We need to work hard for ourselves,” he said at the event that was attended by selected staff across the CMG brands across the country.
He urged staff to avail themselves for mentorship and learning from seasoned media personalities such as Mr Kwasi Kyei Darkwah (KKD) who joined the company in late 2024 as Chief Executive Officer.
He said the recruitment of KKD was part of renewed efforts to grow the brand by offering staff the best media management in the country.

For his part, KKD said it was important for workers to live up to expectations.
He said it was incumbent on staff to realise that they owed it a duty to give off their best to help build a stronger brand and company that can reward their energies and time.
“From this day, determine to be a professional who does the very best you can,” he said, noting that he was confident in the abilities of all staff.
“I have a belief that everybody in this company can do well. It’s time to show it,” he said.

KKD took over the reins of the company in November last year. He is overseeing all regional operations of the Group, which includes Class 91.3FM, Accra100.5FM, No.1 (105.3FM), Kumasi 104.1FM, Ho 92.5FM, Adehye FM, Dagbon FM, Sunyani FM, Taadi FM, CTV, and Classfmonline.com.
The maiden dinner dance and staff appreciation night was meant to celebrate staff for their hard work in the year as well as fraternise and recharge for the year ahead.
