Ghana international Forson Amankwah scored his first two goals for Norwich City in their comeback win over Coventry City over the weekend.
The midfielder came off the bench to star for the Canaries on Saturday, January 4, as they claimed all three points at home.
Amankwah started from the bench on his 17th Championship appearance as Norwich hosted Coventry. It took just 24 minutes for the away side to break the deadlock.
Milan van Ewijk beat Angus Gunn from close range to give Frank Lampard's side the lead which they took to the break.
In a bid to salvage something from the game, Norwich boss Johannes Thorup introduced Amankwah into the game in the 84th minute.
Seven minutes following his introduction, the 22-year-old scored with a brilliant curler to tie the score for Norwich from a Borja Sainz assist.
Four minutes later, Norwich were ahead for the first time in the game with Amankwah scoring his second of the game to snatch all three points after a 2-1 win.
Norwich's win lifts them to 11th on the league table after 26 games played and the Ghanaian, who scored a brace, will hope the goals turn his season around.
Since arriving from Red Bull Salzburg in the summer, Amankwah has been directly involved in four goals in the Championship with two goals and two assists.
