The criticism that came with the dance moves of Tracy of Ridoana Comprehensive School could not dim her light; she has received educational scholarship from music diva Wendy Shay.
Wendy who performed at the All Ashaiman Schools Festival a few days ago has visited Tracy's school again, this time not to perform but to present gifts to the little star.
On April 3, 2025 a 30-seconds video of Tracy happily dancing to Wendy Shay's 'Too Late' surfaced online. While some admired her moves, others suggested her dressing, gestures and facial expressions were unbecoming of a minor.
After condemning the critics, Wendy took a step further to appreciate the little girl. A new video posted on Wendy Shay's social media handles captures her at Ridoana Comprehensive School in Ashaiman, making donations.
"About a week ago, I came here to this school, to perform and during my performance there was this talented beautiful shining star, dancing and singing passionately to my song 'Too Late.' The video gained so much attention and it's still trending so I am here today to say thank you and reward my little star, my shining star Tracy.
To show my appreciation to you, I have decided that I am going to sponsor your education which is school fees from Class 5 to the university," Wendy says in the video.
She also seen in the clip, giving an undisclosed amount of money, drinks and other items to support Tracy.
Wendy's 'Too Late', after the trolls, has garnered more patronage from music lovers across the globe.
