The Ministry of Energy and Green Transition has appointed Richmond Rockson, Esq. as its official Spokesperson and Head of Communications, effective immediately.
A statement released by the ministry said Mr. Rockson brings a wealth of experience with his background as a Lawyer, Energy Analyst, and Business Development Consultant.
He also comes with experience through engagements with the media and energy policy advocacy.
“In this role, Mr. Rockson will serve as the primary point of contact for all media inquiries and public engagements pertaining to the Ministry's activities and communications”.
“Effective immediately, all media representatives, stakeholders, and the public are requested to direct their communications, including interview requests, press inquiries, and other related matters to Mr. Rockson”, the statement said.
The Ministry said it remains committed to transparency, open dialogue, and effective communication with the public.
“We trust that this appointment will enhance our engagement with all stakeholders as we continue to advance Ghana's energy and green transition agenda”, the statement ended.
