DJ Juicy made a massive impact at the national launch of the Black Star Experience, which took place on Thursday, 1st May 2025, at the Black Star Square in Accra.
The DJ electrified the crowd by blending Ghanaian highlife and hiplife songs, sparking waves of joy and excitement among attendees.
The prestigious event was graced by the President of the Republic of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama, along with other government officials, dignitaries, and key industry players from tourism, arts, and culture sectors.

As the only DJ selected to perform at this significant national event, DJ Juicy shared the stage with performances by Nacee, Worlasi, and the Ghana National Cultural Group.
Rex Omar, Coordinator of the Black Star Experience, explained that the project's primary focus is to restore national pride while boosting tourism by showcasing Ghanaian culture, hospitality, and music to global travelers.
In his ongoing mission to promote Ghanaian culture, DJ Juicy previously launched "We Dey Street with DJ Juicy" on 5th March 2025 as a pre-independence celebration.
This initiative highlights and celebrates talents from the streets, including trotro drivers, okada riders, and kayayei workers who support his craft. The event's massive turnout underscored its success in inspiring these often-overlooked groups to believe in their dreams and potential.
