At Greater Works 2025, Pastor Mensa Otabil launched his latest book, “Prophets, Prophecy and the Prophetic Gift”, a timely resource designed for every Christian — from pastors and ministry leaders to everyday believers seeking clarity and depth in their walk with God.

In his address, he stressed that the prophetic must be understood through the lens of Scripture, and that all believers have a responsibility to know what the Bible truly says, not merely follow trends or personalities.
“This book is for everyone,” he stated. “Whether you’re in the pulpit or the pews, you must test the prophetic by what Jesus said and did. That is our foundation.”

The book provides sound biblical teaching, helping the Church separate truth from confusion in today’s spiritual climate. It is a call to grow in discernment, maturity, and alignment with Christ.
“If you were hoping that this book will attack or criticise individuals or groups of people, you will be very disappointed,” Pastor Otabil said.
“That’s not the business I am in. My passion is to return all of us to Christ.”
