Prospective homeowners and builders are trooping to Ghud Park near the Accra Mall for the opening day of the third clinic of the Ecobank-JoyNews Habitat Fair, Ghana’s biggest home and property showcase.
The three-day event, which runs from Friday, September 12 to Sunday, September 14, is being held under the theme “Dream it, Own it, Live it.”
The fair is designed to help Ghanaians turn their homeownership dreams into reality by providing expert guidance, innovative products, and exclusive deals.

Dozens of leading players in the housing and construction industry are on the grounds, offering solutions in building, roofing, plumbing, finishing, furniture, appliances, and financing, all under one roof.
The event will cater to first-time buyers, prospective builders, and renovators seeking affordable, quality options for their housing needs.

Ecobank, the headline sponsor of the fair, has also set up its stands, offering financial services to make homeownership more accessible.
A representative told JoyNews that the bank is also providing opportunities for attendees to open different types of accounts on-site.

Drive E-V Ghana, an electric vehicle dealership, has also joined the exhibition, offering discounts on its range of cars to patrons.
Visitors on the first day are set to explore discounted property offers, affordable mortgage packages, and high-quality building materials from various vendors.

With the first day of the fair underway, exclusive deals and professional support will continue throughout the weekend, with more patrons expected to attend.
