Prospective homeowners and builders thronged the Ghud Park near the Accra Mall on Friday, September 12, for the opening of the third clinic of the Ecobank-JoyNews Habitat Fair, Ghana’s biggest home and property showcase.
The three-day fair, which runs until Sunday, September 14, is themed “Dream it, Own it, Live it” and seeks to make homeownership more accessible by offering expert guidance, innovative products, and exclusive discounts across the housing and construction industry.

Dozens of vendors are on the grounds providing solutions in building, roofing, plumbing, finishing, furniture, appliances, and financing—all under one roof.

Visitors on the first day explored discounted property offers, affordable mortgage deals, and high-quality building materials, with many describing the fair as a one-stop shop for their housing needs.

More exclusive deals and professional support will continue through the weekend as attendance is expected to rise.
